Out of hours care
Our out of hours service is provided at our clinic. It's run by the same team who care for your pet during the day, supported by an online vet who will assess the situation first.
What this means:
-
Fast advice from a qualified vet.
-
In-person care from your own practice team when it is needed.
-
Clear, sensible guidance so you only come to the clinic when necessary.
How it works

1. Register your pet with us
We are only able to offer out of hours care to registered clients.

2. Speak to VidiVet
You will have free access to our VidiVet portal, where you can send a message, photo or video. A vet will respond within 10 minutes.

3. See your vet
If your pet needs urgent in-person treatment, you will be given the next steps and emergency contact details. If a visit is not needed, you will be advised on what to do next.
More details
Our out-of-hours emergency service is available when the practice is closed, for registered Robinson Vets clients. In most cases, please contact VidiVet first via our portal. If your pet requires urgent in-person treatment, you will be given the emergency contact details and next steps. If your pet has suffered a severe road traffic accident, is struggling to breathe, has collapsed, or you believe there is an immediate threat to life, please call the emergency number in your welcome pack.
Emergency in-person care is provided at Robinson Vets, Medical Centre, Cleobury Mortimer, DY14 8QE, unless we advise otherwise.
Out-of-hours consultations and treatment are charged at emergency rates.
